1. Do you offer free shipping?
- Not at this present time.
- Orders take 1 business day to process before shipping. Therefore, if you opt for Next Day or 2nd Day shipping, it will take 1 day longer than the shipping method: 2 Days total for Next Day Air and 3 Days total for 2nd Day Air.
2. I have not received my order yet.
- Please wait 1 business day to receive your tracking number. If you have not yet received it via email (check your spam box).
3. My package was late, can I get my shipping fees refunded?

4. I made a mistake in my order!
- You can call at 617-564-1683. We can make changes within 15 minutes of placing an order. After that, we offer free returns and exchanges if you made a mistake.
5. How do I check the status of my Order?

6. What is your return/exchange policy?
- If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return any unwashed and unworn item for a full refund less shipping charges within 30 days of purchase.
